The Virtues by Damien Hirst, 2021.
‘The Virtues’ is a series of paintings of cherry blossoms by Damien Hirst. Each print is named after one of The Eight Virtues of Bushidō - Justice, Courage, Mercy, Politeness, Honesty, Honour, Loyalty, and Control.
Hirst has been fascinated by cherry blossoms since watching his mother paint them as a child. He devoted two years to working on this series, taking on a more traditional approach than is usually found in his work, referencing Impressionism, Pointillism, and Action Painting.

happy summer to dykes in tank tops and basketball shorts, goths who’s makeup is melting, little kids catching frogs and fireflies, guys who just bring their guitar everywhere now, 13 yr olds very obviously in their emo phase during a family vacation, gas station employees, old people sitting on porches, and dogs swimming at the beach

I hope July is kind to you. And I hope that this July, you are kind to yourself.

I’ve seen some people respond to governments restricting trans affirming care for autistic people with statements like “autistic people have higher IQs” and “I’m autistic and I have a biology degree” and I’d just like to say that autistic trans people with low IQs and no degrees also deserve to medically transition should they choose to do so.
